About AFORTI

Pascal De Dene and Kenneth Verhoeven, classmates and both osteopaths, are the driving force behind AFORTI. The partners meet each other in terms of their passion and enthusiasm in this unique concept.

Pascal De Dene

Pascal graduated in 2002 as an osteopath from the IAO (International Academy of Osteopathy ) in Ghent. Together with his classmate and current AFORTI partner Kenneth, he also graduated from BCOM (British College of Osteopathic Medicine, UK London) where he obtained his BSc (Hons) Ost Med. Meanwhile , in addition to almost 15 years of practical experience , he has taught for five years at the IAO, in Ghent and in countries such as Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Pascal currently teaches at the FICO (Flanders International College of Osteopathy ) in Antwerp and Poland .

“Besides being business partner, I consider myself primarily as the creative force within AFORTI. I’m a self -educated man, hugely eager to learn and curious. To support my patients , that’s my goal. In this way AFORTI is an extension of my practice. What I enjoy most? The smile of my wife and children and reading a good positive book.”

Kenneth Verhoeven

Kenneth graduated in 2002 as an osteopath from the IAO (International Academy of Osteopathy ) in Ghent. As a teacher, Kenneth taught in Ghent and in countries, such as Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. In the following academic year, you will find him as an examiner at the IAO.

“In my 15 years of experience as an osteopath, I especially ‘learned’ from my patients. From them I also get my inspiration for AFORTI. On the one hand, I am primarily concerned with the strategic section of AFORTI, on the other hand I specifically want to help people. I am passionate in everything I do, both work and private life. What do I enjoy? With my wife and our three daughters, we like to explore the countryside, especially in Italy. There I’m enjoying the purity, simplicity and nature. Pure pleasure!”
